Job Responsibilities
1. Independently responsible for the product operation of the department, including but not limited to collecting and organizing product requirements of the department, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking the performance of products after launch;
2. Based on operational goals and the current status of the product, establish an effective data tracking mechanism, promote the optimization of operational solutions according to business development requirements, and be responsible for the implementation and execution of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI indicators;
3. Continuously monitor product effects, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitor trends, and conduct competitive analysis;
4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes to optimize business efficiency.
